Adult Climbs

Yes, adults climb trees too!

Picture
We select our favorite trees for Adult Climbs as they provide a magical experience each time we visit. pictured: climber rests on a banch in Zendo, a white oak growing in a peaceful forest setting.
Climbing mature trees fosters a deep connection with the outdoors and rejuvenates your mind.

Adults can join us in our Open Climbs and Open-Advanced Climbs.

Join us in elevating both your perspective and spirit among the branches!

Energizing | Relaxing | Meditative | Rejuvenating

PictureWhether you come alone, with a partner or a group of friends...you're going to have a wonderful time regardless!
Recreational tree climbing is a unique and engaging activity that compliments your personal fitness, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation practices!

Our facilitated climbs begin with a tutorial of the climbing system, tehcnique and safety parameters. Our easy-to-learn technique will have you ascending quickly under your own ability. (more info on what to expect during your climb)

The sense of security you feel in your harness and rope allows you to focus your mind on the experience and your time in the branches.

Trees provide an essential energy source that helps us find balance in our lives and improve our well-being. Being in the presence of trees exposes you to this energy, thereby reducing feelings of depression, stress, and anxiety. Sitting in the branches enhances these effects. (

Aligning yourself with this energy, your body will experience a reduction in blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension and stress hormones. In a calm and balanced state, you will find deeper engagement in your mind and the surrounding environment.

Revel in the energy of a majestic oak tree, breathing in oxygen directly from the source. Forest bathing or Shinrin-Yoku embraces the healing affects of the forest ecosystem. Tree-Time enables you to e
njoy the rejuvenating affect of spending time embraced by the tree's branches.
