Fun, Fitness, Adventure! Peaceful and invigorating, Recreational Tree Climbing utilizes professional climbing gear to ascend into and explore tall trees. Climbers build self-confidence and connect nature and themselves in a unique way.
The tree climbing adventure is enjoyed by individuals, in small groups, and particularly rewarding to families. All equipment and instruction is provided. Ages 7 and older. |
Bring a sense of adventure, challenge yourself and enjoy the views from the branches of trees 100-200 years old.
Once you are in your harness and clipped on rope, you are free to ascend at your own pace and as high as you are comfortable with. Climbers will be ascending within minutes after an easy-to-follow tutorial from a qualified tree climbing facilitator. |
CONSIDERATION: Like all adventure activities, tree climbing has inherent risks that can be mitigated but never fully eliminated; therefore, the word "safe" should not be used in program descriptions. Some programs might refer instead to the use of "safety" equipment or techniques.
